Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

All automatic. Love all the different drink choice

AZNIADenise 12/17/2025

For a latte it doesn™€™t froth the milk. The temperature of the latte is too cold.

Better than My Jura

Fiberwave 11/16/2025

I made the right decision, although it was difficult because I am a Jura fan. The KF8 makes great drinks for friends and family, although I drink black coffee. I take the time to maintain the unit regularly which is important with any super automatic. Although I did the same with my latest Jura, it failed in ten months and I had to ship it back for warranty repair. After that it was constant error messages and brew group problems. The only KF8 issue is I never received my extended warranty which I purchased shortly after receiving the machine.

Happy Purchase

Legend of Cupcake 11/15/2025

I purchased this device almost a year ago. My spouse and I have used it A LOT. The only problem I have encountered so far is when I used a certain kind of coffee bean that was more oily than others. That particular type of coffee bean would stick to the hopper, and I'd manually have to push it down from time to time. Once I switched to a less oily type of coffee bean, it worked as intended. KitchenAid could implement a different kind of hopper that made better use of gravity, but it's not that big of a deal. Additionally, I will say that I am quite happy with the frothing capability of plant milks. Soy milk does not froth too well, but almond milk has been an excellent low calorie, low carb plant milk to use with this machine. I will say that the price made me hesitant to purchase (it could be priced a little bit less considering all the plastic materials), but overall it has held up exceptionally well and has provided my household with high quality coffee beverages with little to no skill on my part. Overall, I would recommend this product to any coffee lover (that can afford the upfront cost) who wants coffeehouse quality in the convenience of their kitchen.

Wonderful machine

Harold80 11/15/2025

We have had it for a year and have used it to make a minimum of 16 drinks a day ranging from coffee, to all types of milk drinks without any problems. This machine is extremely reliable and I am totally awed at how well it performs.

Very happy with my KF8

TPJr 11/5/2025

I've had this machine for a year now, and I can say I'm really impressed with it, and it is used daily by me and other members in our household. My go to automatic drip coffee maker gets used about 20% of the time compared to before we bought our KF8. I've used and made just about every drink option, and I've stuck to around 3-4 that are my favs. With that said, I could've gone with the KF7 to save a few $. It has a smaller screen and doesn't have an option for plant based milk. That's irrelevant to me now. I will say that you must stay on top of the maintenance. The machine will alert you when it's time for a specific cleaning, and it's very intuitive as it walks you thru the steps depending on the cleaning method. I recommend taking the machine apart no more than 2 weeks with regular use. It's good to remove the tray, the rubber hose mechanism, and the bean hopper, and grind mechanism, and rinse off or wash by hand. Oils from the coffee can build up and you don't want to ignore general cleaning. My only complaint is, it does not make a good, regular cup of coffee compared to my auto drip. It's on the bitter side, but not a deal breaker. This is an fully auto expresso machine, and it makes really good drinks with practice, patience, and time. I highly recommend it!
